Data deletion
You don't need an account to play, and most data deletes itself: your name and gameplay disappear when the room closes, your profile photo within 24 hours at most.
Data on your phone
- Photo: on the home screen tap the circle next to your name → Remove photo.
- Everything at once (name, photo, settings, installation identifier): uninstall the App.
Account (if you created one)
- Open the App → Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm.
We delete the account, email address and link to purchases within 30 days. Deleting the account does not cancel your subscription — do that in your Apple or Google settings (instructions).
Request by email
You can also email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} with the subject “Data deletion”. If you have an account, write from the address you use for it. We'll complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What remains
- Anonymous statistics (e.g. “a game was played in mode X”) — they contain no name, photo or email and can't be linked to you; they are deleted after 24 months.
- Purchase history at Apple or Google — kept by the stores under tax law and their own policies.
