Terms of Use

Effective 6 October 2026. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.

1. General

1. These Terms govern the use of the Guess Us mobile app (the “App”).
2. The service provider is {{OWNER_NAME}}, {{OWNER_ADDRESS}}, email: {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} (“we”).
3. The App is a party game for several people playing together, each on their own phone, connected in a “room” using a PIN code.
4. By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Requirements

1. You need a smartphone with a current version of iOS or Android and an internet connection.
2. The App is intended for people aged 13 and over. Minors should use it with the consent of a parent or guardian and make purchases only with their consent.
3. No account is required to play.

3. Code of conduct — zero tolerance

The game is meant to be fun for everyone in the room. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. In particular, you may not use as your name or photo:

• nudity, sexual or pornographic content,
• violence, graphic content, threats,
• hate speech, discriminatory content, harassment,
• another person's image without their consent, or impersonation of others,
• content that breaks the law or infringes third-party rights (e.g. copyright).

If these rules are broken, we may remove the content, remove the player from the room and block access to the App.

4. Player content

1. You are responsible for the name and photo you add. Add a photo of yourself or an image you have the rights to.
2. You grant us a non-exclusive, free permission to display this content to other players in your room for the duration of the game — for that purpose only.
3. Photos may be automatically checked for prohibited content before they are shown.
4. Reporting: any player can hide another player's photo in the App and report it as inappropriate. The room host can remove a player from the room. Reports can also be sent to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. We handle reports promptly, usually within 24 hours.

5. Tasks and challenges

1. Taking part in any task or challenge is voluntary. You can always refuse or skip a round.
2. Don't perform tasks in a way that is dangerous, illegal or crosses anyone's boundaries. Use common sense and respect other players.
3. We are not responsible for players' actions during the game.

6. Premium content, purchases and subscriptions

1. The basic game is free. Some packs may be available through a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Prices, subscription period and what's included are shown in the App before purchase.
2. Payments are handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms.
3. Subscriptions renew automatically for the next period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The store charges for the next period within 24 hours before it begins.
4. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings (instructions). Deleting the App or your in-app account does not cancel the subscription.
5. If we offer a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
6. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
7. Premium content is digital content delivered immediately after purchase. A consumer who agreed to immediate delivery before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal loses that right.
8. You can restore purchases on a new device with the “Restore purchases” button in the App.
9. If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.

7. Availability

1. We do our best to keep the App running, but the game requires a server connection and technical interruptions may occur.
2. We may develop and change the App, including the set of questions, challenges and game modes. Changes will not take away paid access during a current subscription period.

8. Liability

We are liable as provided by law. We do not exclude or limit our liability towards consumers where the law does not allow it.

9. Complaints

Send complaints and feedback to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. We'll reply within 14 days. Payment complaints are handled by Apple or Google.

10. Intellectual property

The App, its content (questions, challenges), name and logo are protected by law. They may not be copied or distributed beyond normal use of the App without our consent.

11. Changes and governing law

1. We may change these Terms for valid reasons (e.g. changes in law or App features). The new version will be published on this page, and significant changes will be announced in the App.
2. These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers keep the protection granted by the law of their country of habitual residence.
